Return of goods of proper quality:
The buyer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before delivery of the goods and after delivery of the goods within 2 days. Return of goods of proper quality is possible provided that its appearance, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved.
The buyer has no right to refuse the goods of proper quality with individually defined properties, if the said goods can be used only by the buyer who purchased them. The buyer has no right to return the goods of proper quality.
Substandard goods are defective goods that cannot guarantee conformity with their functional qualities. The received goods must correspond to the Description provided on the Website. Differences in design or design elements from the Description on the Website do not constitute a defect or lack of functionality of the Goods.
Types of defects in floral products:
- Wilted, missing, neglected or damaged flowers;
- Flowers or foliage that do not match the Description or order;
- Preservation problems: flowers damaged due to poor temperature or humidity control;
- Visible damage to stems or petals: broken stems, torn petals, yellowed leaves;
- Errors in design: composition, inconsistency with the order, wrong combination of colors;
- Problems with delivery: failure to meet deadlines, flowers in poor condition.
The recipient is obliged to check the appearance and integrity of the goods, as well as the integrity of the entire order upon delivery of the goods. The act of delivery is signed at the time of delivery.
If you are delivered the goods of improper quality and this condition was not previously agreed with the seller, you have the right to return or exchange the goods within 2 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Due to the peculiarities of distance selling, the exchange of goods is possible only by returning the goods of improper quality and placing a new order for a similar product.
